John Alexander was born in Little Falls, New York on November 26, 1946, and was admitted to the Hawaii bar in 1972 and the New York bar in 1973. Mr. Alexander received his A.B., cum laude, from Brown University in 1968, where he was Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 1971. Mr. Alexander is coauthor of Henn & Alexander on Corporations and BNA's Corporate Practice Series--The New York Corporation, and is the author of the commentaries for McKinney's New York Business Corporation Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Alexander currently concentrates in corporate and business matters, banking law, tax and health care law.
