Steve Agan was born in Elmira, New York on April 19, 1961 and was admitted to the New York bar in 1987. Mr. Agan received his B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, from St. John Fisher College in 1983, and his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University in 1986. Mr. Agan is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Agan currently concentrates in real estate and tax matters.
